Wordy Wednesday!

This weeks Wordy Wednesday word is;

Velleity

- A mere wish, one not accompanied by an effort to attain it.
- Weak volition.
- The weakest level of desire.

This word is derived from the Medieval Latin, Velleitas. The Latin, Velle, is to wish.

'Although she had always been a dreamer, and although her dreams were both vivid and varied, they had always been accompanied by a certain velleity which made them almost impossible for her to truly attain.'

Challenge;

Comment a short piece of prose, flash fiction, or even just a sentence, using this word. It would be great to see what you come up with!
